**We're Hiring: Customer Service Officer (Reception) - Where Pets and People Meet**

Do you love animals _and _people? Can you juggle phone calls, wagging tails, and the occasional meow with a smile on your face? We’re on the lookout for a warm, energetic **Customer Service Officer**to join the front-line team at our friendly veterinary clinic

**What you’ll do**:

- Greet furry (and non-furry) clients and their humans with a welcoming smile
- Manage bookings, answer phones, and provide helpful info with a calm, can-do attitude
- Keep the front desk running smoothly and assist our vets and nurses where needed
- Make every client—two
- and four-legged—feel like family
