- Assist in the implementation and enforcement of Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) policies and procedures on site
- Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and audits
- Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with statutory and company WSH requirements
- Develop and prepare EHS-related reports, safety documentation, and incident records
- Coordinate safety training, toolbox meetings, and emergency response drills
- Assist with Earth Control Measures (ECM) and environmental monitoring on site
- Liaise with site personnel, contractors, and authorities on safety-related mattersPerform any other duties as assigned to support overall site safety

**Requirements**:

- Possess a WSQ Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health (Level B / ACWSH)
- Work at Height Assessor certification
- Preferably certified in Scaffold Erection and Scaffold Supervision
- Earth Control Measures (ECM) Officer certification
- Computer-literate and proficient in Microsoft Office
- Minimum 5 years of WSH Coordinator experience in the construction industry
- Prior experience working on Land Transport Authority (LTA) projects is preferred
- Able to work independently in a multi-tasking and fast-paced environmentStrong communication and reporting skills
