**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for inspection of First off Tool (FOT) & First Article (FA) samples as per customer drawings.
- Complete reporting of FA Samples inspection data, submit to Quality Engineer and Engineering team for tool corrections (or) submission for approval.
- Conduct SPC and MSA (GR&R) studies for new products / new equipment.
- Conduct programming of measuring equipment for First Articles and also production use.
- Defined the checking method, create measuring method Work Instructions and train QC inspector before transfer the product to production.
- Product audit / annual part validation for automotive parts as per yearly plans.
- Retention of FA samples for future reference in a systematic manner.

**Requirements**:

- Higher NITEC in Precision-related field with 1-2 years experience in QA for Stamping Industry.
- Hands-on knowledge on QA equipment such as : Smart Scope, Keyence Measurement Machine, Toolmakers Scope, Coordinate Measurement Machine, Height Gauge, Caliper, Micrometer, etc.
- Able to interpret technical drawing, perform vision measuring machine / CMM programming.
- Knowlege in Geometric dimensioning & tolerancing (GD&T), b asic metal stamping process, and SPC.
