**Responsibilities**:

- Perform day to day accounts payable work inclusive of coding for non-PO invoices
- Ensure supplier payments, staff claim (iExpense) are paid timely
- Work closely with operations and related entities in operational and accounting matters
- Support internal and external auditors during yearly audit exercises
- Ensure day to day work process comply with our Internal Controls Framework
- Perform Hub activities - WHT (Withholding Tax) submission, printing of asset tags, approver of supplier master data amendment etc.
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Accountancy with 2 years of experience in accounting
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- With experience of using accounting software Oracle Cloud is an advantage
- Familiar with Microsoft Office Excel
