**Job Descriptions**
- Review technical specifications, drawings, procedures, and standard pertaining to the project requirements.
- Prepare and review the project quality documents, procedure, ITP.
- Review drawings, documents & weekly updated drawing register from document controller and distribute to project QA personnel.
- Administrate the project internal quality audit to ensure compliance with the project quality plan.
- Monitor the inspection and documentation activities of QA Inspector to ensure complain with inspection test plan and project quality requirements.
- Oversee the daily assigned project mechanical and HVAC related construction works and review the daily inspection
- Oversee the assigned inspectors work performance and make sure the completions of tasks are as per the project plans and schedules
- Ensure the coordination with other production departments, clients, and surveyors for the assigned projects
- Deploy QA inspectors for project inspection activities.
- Liaise with Owner and class pertaining to quality related issues and technical and technical calibrations and queries.
- Handle and resolve quality related issues arising from sub-contractor and in-house production.
- Assign the systems to be tested to the various supervisors and technicians involved in the operation.
- Review the Quality work processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Coordinate with all sections for Inspection & testing requirements.
- Coordinate the testing/ commissioning requirements with Engineering, Project Manager, QA Department, and vendors.
- Report and non-conformance and issue Improvement note, where necessary.
- Ensure timely completion of project.
- Ensure all standard operating procedures comply with specifications, quality standards, statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Any other assigned duties and responsibilities.

**Job Requirements**
- Degree in Naval Architecture / Marine and Offshore / Mechanical Engineering
- API 570. CWSIP 3.1 Certified Welding Inspector
- At least 3 years of relevant Quality Assurance working experience, preferably in the offshore and marine industry
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to multi-task and able to work in a fast-paced environment
