**CAD Engineer (Architectural/Structural)**:

- Experience in BIM modeling using Revit and AutoCAD software.
- Experience in rendering models using 3D Max and Lumion software.
- Assist in BIM coordination and editing of models.
- Understand and create architectural and structural models and drawings.
- Proficient in interior and exterior design concepts.
- Prepare proposal, shop, and as-built drawings.
- Conduct clash detection and resolve conflicts.
- Perform site surveys and inspections for drawing accuracy.
- Attend contractor meetings and update engineers on changes or requirements.
- Review design drawings from contractors and vendors.
- Prepare accurate as-built drawings for OMM (Operation and Maintenance Manuals).
- Follow up on client and consultant feedback for as-built drawings.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree/ITE/BCA or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in BIM modeling and AutoCAD.
- Proficient in modeling and drafting M&E and Fire Protection Services.
- Familiarity with Singapore CIM Guidelines and Code of Practice.
- Background in Data Center projects is advantageous.
- Knowledge of Navisworks and rendering software is a plus.
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision and handle pressure effectively.
