The main role of the Consulting Associate is to support our Consultants in business development and delivery. You will be asked to develop consulting solutions as part of client engagements, support business development activities, and act as project manager for specific accounts. You will be expected to ensure that project plans and deliverables are executed accordingly and within profitability targets.

**Key Responsibilities include the following:
**Sales Support**
- Work with the Client Account Managers and Senior Consultants to support various sales activities including client presentations and client product demonstrations.
- Design a range of consulting solutions across service offerings to meet client needs throughout the consulting cycle, drawing on knowledge of the clients’ needs, DDI solutions and services, own ideas and external best practice.

**Project Management**
- Prepare projects plans (either as or in conjunction with a Project Manager), conduct planning sessions, report to clients on progress, track project effort against budget and input to the preparation of invoices.
- Lead projects under the guidance of a Consulting Manager or Senior Consultant.
- Gather and analyze client data during project implementation, drawing on a range of best practice problem solving skills to identify themes and insights.
- Prepare compelling reports, presentations and other client deliverables to achieve maximum client impact.
- Plan and prioritize own work and ensure deadlines are met.
- Manage own workload to cope with peaks in demand ensuring all deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Conduct service partnership discussions to determine client satisfaction.

**Consulting**
- Contribute to thought leadership by supporting the development of products and tools and documenting methodologies.
- Actively develop self to build own capability to support a broad range of consulting activities.
- Identify in-house consulting projects to constantly improve the way DDI works.
