Cloud Engineer

**Responsibilities**:

- Reposible for Windows and Linux based IT infrastructure maintenance and implementation;
- Provide server and network support and troubleshooting;
- Provide technical support and system administration on cloud platform to meet service level objectives;
- Execution of data backup & recovery strategy, system disaster recovery and business continuity of the core systems;
- Follow up security remediations on cloud platform suggested by cybersecurity team;
- Faciliate cloud operation automation;
- Perform cloud operation task such as health check, capacity monitoring, problem solving and escalation in line with company guidelines or standard opearating procedures;
- Manage and monitor Domain name and SSL cert;
- Perform post-resolution follow ups to help users;
- Need to shift duty on weekends / public holidays or flexible working hours on request.

**Requirements**:

- Singaporen PR;
- Bachelor or postgraduate degreee in Information Technology or Computer Science or related disciplines;
- Knowledge and hands on experience in IT of virtualization, server, storage, network, etc.;
- Experience in setting up Windows Server, Linux Server (Ubuntu/CentOS/RHEL), Network configuration / RPM packaging;
- Experience with server and desktop virtualization and public / private cloud deployments - WMware, Nutanix, Microsoft Azure / AVD, Amazon AWS EC2 / G2, Google Cloud;
- Excellent team player;
- Able to communicate well with internal team members and external clients as project progresses. Experience in project management is desirable;
- Openminded and positive, with excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Fluent spoken and written Mandarin is a must.
