**Key Responsibilities**:

- The Manager will have responsibility to review or draft all legal documents, maintain legal system, review for draft policies, and serve in an advisory role for main business partners within the Region and across Edwards.
- This role provides exceptional legal guidance on all commercial matters while supporting the Regional Counsel.
- The position will be located in Singapore and the position will report to Director in the Region.
- This role requires deep knowledge in contract drafting, legal research, dispute management, and medical device regulatory landscape.
- Support the regional lawyer for all commercial and organizational matters.
- Independently review, negotiate, or draft all commercial contracts or other legal documents - tender offer agreement, distribution agreement, 3PL agreement, service agreement, HCP agreements, and other commercial agreements. Manage legal risk by actively engaging with business team.
- Regularly update new legislation in the Region.
- Conduct various legal research to respond legal inquiries from the Region.
- Support regulatory matters including reviewing quality agreement, managing adverse events, or claims.
- Manage legal system including contract management and system upgrade.
- Manage various legal projects to upgrade the current legal practices.

**Education and Experience**:

- Juris Doctor or equivalent (for positions based outside the United States).
- Qualified attorney either in Singapore, Australia or Korea.
- At least 6 years related experience in a reputable law firm and/or in-house legal department.
- Relevant industry experience (for example, medical device, pharmaceuticals, etc.) or experience in a highly regulated environment is desired.

**Additional Skills**:

- Proficiency in English, and Korean preferred.
