**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with senior business sponsors, compliance, and legal teams to develop a regional deliverable roadmap for Regulatory initiatives.
- Detailed technical design using Capital Markets activities and trade processes knowledge.
- Manage various stakeholders such as trading desk heads, Regulator teams, Compliance, Legal, and technical teams to execute the APAC delivery roadmaps.
- Be aware of IT Security, production support, and enterprise architecture roadmap while engaging with stakeholders on solution design.
- Contribute to standardization, upgrade, and consolidation of technologies/solutions.

**Requirements**:

- Strong understanding of Capital Market deal flow including pricing, booking, risk management, and back office, especially on FICC instruments - FX, Deposits, Rates, OTC & Listed Derivatives.
- Good understanding of Corporate Banking products and processing workflows, such as Trade Finance and Cash Management.
- 5+ years of work experience, preferably in management consulting within the financial services industry.
- Knowledge of APAC banking regulatory environment.
