What we would like you to do:

- be able to prepare ATLAS and guest requested drinks
- be pro-active on ways to create special moments for guests
- to act as a host at the bar and be a shining light of ATLAS hospitality
- ensure guests feel acknowledged, welcome & special while at the bar
- follow set SOS procedures; presenting menus, water, cheques etc
- be able to make bespoke recommendations and answer questions on all menus
- develop rapport with return guests; remembering names, drinks etc.
