**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare quotations, provide technical information and ensure prompt response to customers
- Provides sales & coordination support to the team
- To develop sales leads and referrals
- To service existing and new accounts and ensure customers' satisfaction
- To manage relationship with suppliers
- Achieve team sales quotas

Job Requirements:

- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Self motivated, positive and willing to learn
- Comfortable to work in a small team and make phonecalls to clients
- Ability to converse in Mandarin will be an advantage
