**About Our Client**:
Our client is a renowned financial services provider with strong regional presence in Asia Pacific. Following the latest development of ESG team structure, they are looking for a seasoned leader to join the global ESG team.

**The Successful Applicant**:
To qualify, you should be a seasoned ESG professional with good understanding about ecoystem in b2c financial services sector (retail bank, insurance, money lender) so you can understand the business and talk to them on same language - you can either be already working in-house or working in consultancy/vendors/services providers/non-profit as long as you can demonstrate your related knowledge. While fundamental knowledge in ESG policies/reporting standard will be expected, you need to be a senior leader who can be comfortable talking to C-level while being able to see big picture and drive the necessary changes and transformation in a complex multinational.
