**About the Role**:
As a Sales Assistant, your primary responsibility is to create a welcoming shopping experience while actively driving sales of our range of household items — from homeware to kitchen essentials.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Approach and engage customers with confidence and professionalism
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
- Proactively promote best-sellers and new arrivals
- Meet and exceed sales targets consistently
- Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing displays
- Assist with stock replenishment and inventory tasks

**Requirements**:

- Sales-oriented with a strong drive to achieve targets
- Friendly, confident, and proactive in customer interactions
- Able to communicate clearly and effectively
- Interested in household goods and lifestyle products
- Able to commit to 3-4 days per week, including at least one weekend day
- Prior retail or sales experience is a plus, but not required
