**Responsibilities**:

- Schedule and carry out day-to-day activities for product design projects to meet the targets for new product development.
- Assist Chemist to carry out commissioning and method development for new equipment and improve existing testing methods.
- Play a major role in the smooth operation of the R&D laboratory by actively involving in regular maintenance of equipment, preparation and revision of operating procedures, maintaining excellent housekeeping and all activities related to Health, Safety & Environment.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Chemical/Polymer/Material Engineering or Chemistry.
- Experience in polymer material processing and testing will be an added advantage.
- Team player with initiative, good analytical thinking, and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
