**Duties and Responsibilities**

1) You are responsible for exploring and surveying the construction site thoroughly.

2) Together with your team, you are responsible for the planning and designing of the project.

3) Develop a strategic investigation plan for the site and perform the geotechnical investigation as per the plan.

4) Collecting samples such as rock, sand, and similar substances from the site and arranging for various laboratory tests on soil, rock and underground water samples.

5) Analyzing the ground stress which includes capacity and stress levels.

7) Taking care of geological hazards while planning the project.

8) Do necessary changes to the project as and when required.

9) Preserving nature and protecting the environment.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Geotechnical Engineering or related field.
- Work experience as a Geotechnical Engineer, Geologist, Environment Engineer, or a similar position.
- Demonstrate expertise in Climatology and Mathematics.
- Excellent physical stamina.
- A valid driver’s license.
- Proficiency in Geotechnical engineering software such as Geo Studio, Geo5, and Flac3D.
- Great interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required.
- Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
- Outstanding problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Good time management abilities.
- Strong decision-making skills.
