
Technical Sales Executive

Job Scope:
- To provide sales support to the superiors in the preparation quotation and processing orders and any other sales related matters
- Actively promote the sales of our company products in assigned territories.
- Must be able to travel independently.
Quotation & Sales:
- Perform preliminary technical review on client's requirement and provide appropriate solution
- Perform product pricing based on identified solution and furnish a formal quotation to be submitted to the client
- Serve as point of contact for clients on all technical and commercial queries
- Complete and submit all necessary documents required for the bid such as but not limited to technical drawing, brochures, and project documents.
- Compile all documents and records per transaction for filling and safekeeping.
- Responsible for sales growth of assigned region.
- Conducts client visit to promote Yamari products and explore possible business opportunities.
- Follow through on all sales leads and opportunities.
- Responsible in preparing sales materials and other sales documents where necessary. Provide product presentation to clients
Order Management:
- Qualify orders received based on submitted quotation
- Request technical drawings to be submitted to the customer for approval
- Prepare all pertinent documents for order entry
- Liaise with clients for any order related concerns
- Monitor delivery of goods.
After Sales services:
- Provide technical support to clients via mail, phone, or actual deployment.
- Keep track of all transaction using designated tracking tools.
Job requirements:
- Preferrable additional language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, (Not required but is a Plus) (in order to liaise with Bahasa Indonesia, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese & multilingual speaking associates)
- At least 1-2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Instrumentation, Interaction, Good time management
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Sales - Engineering/Technical or equivalent.
- Experience in instrumentation is preferred
- Sales related experience is a plus.
**Salary**: $2,200.00 - $3,100.00 per month
