**Role Descripition & Responsibilities**:

- Supports creation and deployment of contracts and contract templates (translation, localization, registration)
- Contributes to the legal knowledge base with knowledge articles, best practices and processes documentation and training materials.
- Support creation and deployment of legal dashboard and additional tools using the 3DEXPERIENCE Platform standard functionalities.
- Support transformation projects (changes of policies, processes and tools involving the legal service)

**Produce**
- Is a One-stop shop for any legal request or question (legal notices, enquiries, copies, templates, signatures, process support, implementation guidelines) that either will be handled by the paralegal or be directed to the responsible legal counsel.
- Edits and negotiates 3DS standard contracts and legal documents (such as NDAs, amendments, renewals and terminations, corporate documents) according to 3DS Legal policies and guidelines.
- Ensures quality and reliability of 3DS Legal data (Contracts, Legal entities etc.) captured and managed within 3DS Legal IT tools (e.g. 3DLEX and dashboards).
- Supports Contract Legal Counsels in registration, creation, negotiation, signature and recording/archiving of contracts.
- Supports Corporate Legal Counsel in tracking, performance and update of corporate events and obligations (such as consents, resolutions, boards/shareholders’ meetings & entity management. support of integration processes, such as assignment/notice letters and due diligence). Management of insurance certificates and renewals.
- Supports key legal projects and initiatives such as new templates and policies, training and certification, reporting.
- Manages and supports the contract signature (including e-signature) and approval process.
- Support compliance activities (such as export & E&C, 3rd party due diligence, licence compliance).

**Value**
- Streamlines and simplifies communication and validation processes with other organizations to scale and optimize delivery of legal solutions (in support of transactions, compliance, corporate matters, protection and enforcement of 3DS intellectual property).
- Ensure data quality within 3DS' legal systems. Liaise with business and administrative functions to achieve better and more efficient processes and collaboration with legal functions.
- Supports adoption of tech solutions to increase scalability, quality and efficiency of the legal service, such as automation and AI

**Advocate**
- Raises awareness, trains and encourages compliant use, good practices and user adoption of legal tools (such as e-signature, 3DLEX, recurring report and dashboards, ad-hoc activity reports. Ensures follow up of invoices and spending vs budget.

**Qualifications**:
To be successful, you will have:

- Bachelor degree
- At least 2 years’ experience in contract / document management and/or corporate secretary administrative work.
- Previous work experience in the software / ICT industry (desirable but not necessary).
- Excellent English both oral and written. (Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesia, Vietnamese, Korean or Japanese skill is a plus).
- Excellent personality: team player, accountable, logical with good judgments detailed/meticulous, integrity, ethical and open to challenges and changes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Able to learn to navigate new software systems / platforms.
