**Job Description: Co-Founder for Orbital Ventures**

**Location**: Singapore
**Company**: Orbital Ventures (An initiative by Epiphyte Corp)
**Equity**: 30% for Locals / 20% for others
**Compensation**: Equity-based; no salary until capitalization

**Overview**:
We invite visionary leaders with a deep technical or business background to join us as co-founders, driving breakthrough innovations from concept to market. As a co-founder, you will collaborate with our ecosystem of experts and stakeholders, leveraging space technology to create transformative solutions for everyday life.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Visionary Leadership**: Drive the ideation, development, and scaling of a specific venture aligned with Orbital Ventures' mission, leveraging space technologies in targeted industries.
- **Strategy Development**: Formulate long-term strategic plans to establish competitive advantage, scalability, and sustainable revenue models for the startup.
- **Product Development and Innovation**: Partner with technical teams to lead product development cycles, ensuring alignment with market needs and compliance with industry standards.
- **Fundraising and Capitalization**: Engage with potential investors, stakeholders, and strategic partners to raise capital, secure partnerships, and drive growth.
- **Operations and Execution**: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring resources, finances, and teams align with the venture’s strategic and operational goals.
- **Network Building**: Leverage local and global networks within the space, tech, and related industries to establish valuable partnerships and collaborations.

We seek entrepreneurial, high-impact individuals who bring either a strong technical expertise or business acumen relevant to one of the following industries:

- **Agricultural Technology**: Experience with IoT for precision agriculture, crop monitoring, or sustainability.
- **Maritime**: Background in maritime operations, logistics, or digital transformation.
- **Mixed Reality & Media**: Knowledge of augmented or virtual reality, media production, or immersive tech.
- **Artificial Intelligence (AI)**: Expertise in machine learning, AI-driven solutions, or data science.
- **Legal Technology**: Experience in legal processes, digital governance, or space law.
- **Cybersecurity**: Proficiency in cybersecurity frameworks, compliance, and resilience strategies.

**Additional Requirements**:

- **Eligibility**: Locals are preferred, with equity set at 30%. For others, equity is set at 20%.
- **Financial Independence**: Able to commit to a non-salaried position, compensated through equity until venture capitalization.
- **Education and Experience**: Proven track record in startup environments, venture building, or relevant industry expertise.
- **Skills and Traits**: Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, resilience, and collaborative mindset.
