The Merchandising team is one of the four pillars of the Revenue office in Zalora. As part of the Merchandising team, you will become part of a high-performance team driving the right assortment to Zalora’s customers through great campaigns curated with the right prices to drive sales and profitability.

We are on a lookout for an attentive, observant talent with excellent communication skills to join the team. He/she must possess the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines, possess strong interpersonal skills and most importantly be a team player.

You will support the Merchandising team in the planning, preparation, and execution of merchandising strategies to maximize sales, profitability, and optimize inventory levels. You will also act as the link between the commercial buying and marketing teams.

The role will report to the Merchandising Manager and is based in Singapore.

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor campaign and country performances and conduct analysis to develop action plans
- Able to track the progress and identify relevant pool of stock in campaigns to perform necessary price adjustments based on performance
- Drive effective communication between buying, marketing, and cross country teams
- Assist in tech improvement projects spearheaded by Merchandising team
- Help execute and troubleshoot during major sales events

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Commerce or any related field.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to communicate at all levels with an open and honest approach
- Proactive mindset with the ambition to drive improvements and meet targets
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment independently
- Excellent computer literacy skills; SQL and Tableau are a plus
- Proficient in verbal and written English
