Frontline Receptionist

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Frontline customer service role
- Assist in checking-in customers for their activities and handle payments
- Ability to upsell media package
- Provide accurate information to customers
- Process bookings for clients and travel agents
- Other ad-hoc duties may be assigned

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Must have a very outgoing, bubbly personality
- Must be a team player, fast learner, with initiative and responsible
- Good interpersonal skills - ability to interact with people of all levels
- Past experience in full-time administrative/receptionist/customer service roles
- Excellent selling technique
- Good service recovery skills and guest-oriented
- Excellent command of English, ability to speak Chinese would be an advantage
- Must be willing to work in rotating shifts, especially during Public Holiday and Weekends
- Comfortable working at heights and by the beach. Can do bungy jump and giant swing
