Bim Modeller

**Responsibilities**:
Process new enquiry by generating product drawing and material quantity.

Process awarded project, submit shop drawings, final material extract and related documents.

Attend to customer complain on technical or quality issues.

Provide details or revisions in authority regulations in regard to technical specifications for presentation to management.

Update sub-sections of monthly report, daily job list and submit to Product Engineer for compilation.

Conduct spot sampling and inspection for incoming material.

Provide on job training to new drafters and assist in composing training slides for organizational knowledge.

Generate precast product models and detailing using BIM software.

**Job Qualifications**:
**Experience**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in drafting preferably for building projects.

**Education Required**:

- Minimum Certificate in Drafting. Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering will be advantage.

**Specialized Certificates / Licenses**:

- NIL
- **Functional Skills**:

- AutoCAD, MS Office, TEKLA/ REVIT
- Knowledge in building components and precast concrete products.

**Performance Skills**:

- Good reinforced concrete structural detailing skill, detail presentation skills, communication and analytical capacity.

**Attitudes & Attributes**:

- Positive attitude, Able to work independently and look up for external references to improve job performances.

**Salary**: $3,500.00 - $4,500.00 per month
