**Responsibilities**:

- Accountable for the safe operations, plan, schedule and organisation of all PM/CM/PdM at ENGIE
sites under O&M management.
- Responsible to work with OEMs and clients to perform troubleshooting and repair equipment,
redesign and improve the equipment for better capability and performance.
- Responsible for the monitoring and reporting of equipment status and performance and alignment
with back office support.
- Act as lead in all measuring and data acqusition works and discussions in performance
improvement projects.
- Responisble to lead, keep track and replenish of spare part and inventory usage to maintain spare
part / inventory control.
- Actively participate in, compile and furnish Root Cause Failure Analysis and ensure action followup
to prevent recurrence of breakdowns.
- Conduct on-the-job training and assessment for new technicians and complete all required
certification forms as and when required by the company.
- Prepare, compile, review and revise SOP, OJT, JHA, cause & effect diagram and other training
materials when needed.
- Responsible for the ontime invoicing of bills to clients and to address any request for reviews from
the clients with regards to invoicing and billings.
- Ensure timely monthly reports for management review and discussions.

**Requirement**:

- Degree or Higher Diploma in Engineering - Electrical/Mechnical/Chemical Process
- Worked in a manufacturing or industrial site for minimum 3 years.
- Good safety records and able to work independently
- Good knowledge in machinery, equipment or controls systems
- Demonstrate good trouble shooting and analytical skills Independently.
- Proficient in English and communication skills.
- Good presentation and leadership skill.
- Driven with strong commitment for success.
