**Co-Development Business Unit** is looking for **Salesforce Architect**

**What will you do?**

1. Salesforce Architect

Specialize in solution design and architecture for Salesforce implementations.

Provide technical expertise in Salesforce development, deployment, and system performance optimization.

Design and implement Salesforce integrations with external systems, including data models, authentication, and integration patterns.

2. MuleSoft Integration Specialist

Design and implement MuleSoft integrations to streamline data flow and enhance system connectivity.

3. Technical Lead

Mentor the development team, oversee development work, and perform code reviews.

Support technical discussions and decisions on new features, product roadmaps, and AI capabilities.

4. DevOps Engineer (Salesforce Focus)

Create, manage, and optimize automated CI/CD pipelines for seamless integration, testing, and deployment.

5. Innovation and POC Developer

Build proof-of-concept (POC) for new features and integrations to showcase to stakeholders.

**Requirements**:
**What are we looking for?**

1. Solution Design and Architecture

Collaborate with other teams to understand business requirements and ensure timely and successful project delivery.

Design scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions aligned with business needs.

2. Development and Deployment

Develop, deploy, and fix bugs in Salesforce to ensure efficient and reliable system performance.

Implement best practices for Salesforce development and deployment.

3. Integration Development

Design and implement Salesforce and MuleSoft integrations with external systems to enhance connectivity and data flow.

4. Team Leadership and Mentorship

Mentor the development team, oversee their work, and ensure code quality through reviews.

Set up and enforce Salesforce development best practices.

5. Innovation and Stakeholder Collaboration

Build POCs for new features and integrations to demonstrate value to stakeholders.

Participate in technical discussions and decisions related to new features, product roadmaps, and AI capabilities.

6. DevOps and CI/CD Management

Create and optimize automated CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless integration, testing, and deployment processes.
