Strategy Responsibilities:

- Develops inclusive strategic plans and strategies by collaborating with the CEO by connecting with stakeholders and organizations that advance Cyberaas initiatives, projects or ventures.
- Responsible for reviewing contracts and making recommendations as needed.
- Develop and Implement organization-wide short
- and long-term strategic initiatives.
- Annual review of contracts and making recommendations for revisions, changes, or renewals.
- Executes strategies to accomplish financial growth in an organization.
- Develops new business opportunities by levering contracts, pursuing new lines of business and improving project efficiency.
- Develop the strategic plan/framework for Cyberaas and ensures that appropriate metrics are in place to measure performance and progress.
- Negotiates contracts on behalf of the organization and makes recommendations.
- Develop action plans and oversee the implementation and monitoring of plans.
- Communicate the organizations objectives and strategies to all levels of the organization and to business partners.

Investment Responsibilities:

- Design and execute a series of restructuring, continuous financing and IPO.
- Internal overall finance management.
- Lead the strategic partnership negotiation.
- Insight analysis, market analysis, business unit realignment.
- Executive leadership and expertise in investments.
- Develop both short and long-term investment strategies, allocation of assets and recommend portfolio investments.
- Develop and implement investment policies and processes in-line with the Fund’s overall strategy.
- Attract, motivate, develop and retain exceptional and diverse talent.
- Manage and develop teams of investment management professionals providing leadership and oversight of all areas of the investment process.
- Lead a culture of transparency with candid, open communication.
- Formulate and oversee implementation of strategic and tactical investment strategies.
- Provide advise on investment theories and investment styles, current domestic and international economic trends and the latest developments in technology markets.
- Present investment recommendations to the Fund’s Investment Committee.
- Work closely with the Chief Executive Officer/Compliance Officer to ensure compliance with relevant legal, regulatory and statutory requirements.
- Play a key role and be instrumental in providing leads to various appropriate investors including Ultra high net worth investors and institutions to support fund raising efforts.
- Actively participate in the marketing of funds during capital raising.

**Requirements**:

- Strong networks and relationships in the target markets that are of interest to Cyberaas overall business strategy.
- At least 15 to 20 years of demonstrated ability in strategy execution and familiar with the various investment and financial vehicles.
- Master in finance or a relevant field from an accredited institution.
- Strong experience leading, supervising, and motivating a team of investment professionals.
- Strategic thinker and proficient in decision-making.
- Ability to communicate effectively and in a professional manner.
