Singapore RMA CONTRACTS PTE. LTD. Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- Required to take and carry out instructions including administrative tasks from the SO Rep and Overall Coordinator on site
- Shall be capable of maintaining a harmonious relationship with the residents, ground agencies staff and other site supervisory staff
- To personally attend to resident’s queries, feedback and complaints
- To be respectably dressed with proper PPE when required
- To be punctual at work and at all work-related appointments
- To diligently assist in timely site inspections when requested to do so
- At all times they must avoid conflict between their personal interests and those of the project when dealing with Contractors, Subcontractors and Suppliers
- To assist the SO Rep in verifying and keeping records of all variations carried on site
- To verify all reports and claims submitted by the contractors
- To ensure that works are carried out in a safe and proper manner
- To assist in enforcing the Safety Requirements and ensure contractors maintain safety, cleanliness and tidiness of the site
- To monitor and report on contractor’s progress against planned schedule and performance. Maintain site records of the works which should include all circumstances and events occurring during the construction stage
- To check that the works within each block are carried out according to approved work schedule
- To ensure all materials that require approval from the SO Rep are submitted on time so as to ensure no delay to the progress of works on site
- To check on quality of materials delivered to site and report to SO Rep on any materials that are not conforming to the specifications
- To identify/verify on HDB buildings void decks that have previously undergone FRP improvement works and conduct site surveys
- To inspect and assist with handing / taking over of completed works
- To ensure proper and updated records of all works, including records of variation works, work progress, etc, are kept
- To check housekeeping works to ensure that the estates remain hygienic and habitable at all times
- To do computer data entry and taking progress photos

**Qualifications**:

- At least 3 years relevant working experience
- Accredited as Resident Technical Officers with The Institution of Engineers Singapore (IES)
- To possess and demonstrate a track record of being Team Players (not restricted or limited to their individual discipline) with an ability to contribute to the Team and deliver on the Project
- Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Possesses Class 3 driving licence
