**Responsibilities**:

- Tasked to source and negotiate with vendors for best value, lead-time and terms.
- Work closely with all departments on purchasing requirements.
- Review purchasing trend to avoid over purchase.
- Manage Purchase Requisition (PR), Purchase Order (PO); follow up on the approval process and PO closure.
- Ensure proper documentation of vendors and item codes in systems.
- Monitor and verify invoice is as per contract value and identify department costing before submitting to Finance.
- Liaise with Centralized Store for self-collection arrangement.
