Our client is a leading MNC in the shipping industry based in town. It is looking to hire a BCP Consultant who will report to a Business Strategy Mgr for a global shipping MNC. The co allows a WFH arrangement 1 day per week. For this role, it is a 1-year contract assignment with a 1-month completion bonus payable to a good performer at the end of the 1 year period.

For this role, **you will focus on covering Business Continuing Planning (BCP) mapping work i**n the Corporate Strategy department. **You will work with senior management and businesses re understanding and mapping the key business flows using Miro Mapping.**In this role, you will interact closely with IT, HR and other business departments (commercial, sales etc). You are expected to be very hands-on in the mapping of processes (though there is support on admin work from an executive).

**Requirements**:

- Degree qualified with min 8 years of total years of work experience, **including min 3 years or more of BCP experience. Management Consultants from Big 4 firms or other consultancy firms with BCP experience is welcome to apply.**:

- **Has strong experience working with business in mapping out BCP processes.**:

- **Has experience using Miro Mapping and performing user testing work re the mapping of business processes.**:

- Hands-on with the ability to understand the business flows in a huge organization.
- Shipping /maritime industry is useful, but this is not a must
- Has strong communication skills and stakeholder management skills.
- **Able to commit to a 1-year contract.**

- The co is a large shipping MNC with the global HQ based in Sgp
- The co allows a WFH arrangement 1 day per week. The role is based in town
- There will be a 1 mth completion bonus at the end of 1 yr
