The Air Freight Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day operations such as the processing of documents, permits and other tasks related to air import and export jobs, and coordinating cargo movement with customers, overseas agents and freight forwarders.

**Responsibilities**:
Ensure that the correct type of permits are declared for each customer/shipment and that the information on these permits are accurate

Update the status of the shipment in a timely manner to the customer/agent

Verify the accuracy of the transportation details before collection or delivery

Timely billing of shipments

**Job Requirements**:
At least 1 year experience in the related field and able to declare permits

Team player and have a positive attitudeWillingness to learn

Ability to swiftly adapt as rules and regulations change

Able to coordinate with customers and truckers to ensure smooth operations and deliveries
