Singapore MRM RECYCLING AND ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. Full time

**Responsibilities**:
1. Supervise daily operations, ensuring compliance with safety and recycling protocols.

2. Coordinate and assign tasks to staff, including sorting, processing, and handling of recyclable materials.

3. Monitor and maintain equipment and machinery to ensure proper functioning and timely maintenance.

4. Inspect and ensure the quality of recycled materials meets company standards.

5. Manage inventory of recyclable materials and submit daily operational reports to management.

6. Address customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction.

7. Enforce punctuality, discipline, and adherence to company policies among staff.

8. Ensure cleanliness and organization of the recycling facility.

9. Perform any additional duties assigned by management.

**Requirements**:
1. At least 2 years of supervisory experience, preferably in the recycling or manufacturing industry.

2. Strong knowledge of recycling processes and safety protocols.

3. Ability to work extended hours, including weekends and public holidays.

4. Must be flexible and willing to report to work at short notice.

5. Able to travel to various locations when required.

6. Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.

7. Good communication skills with the ability to handle customer interactions professionally.

8. Physically fit to handle tasks involving standing, lifting, and moving heavy materials.
