We are looking for a highly motivated Assistant Manager to join our dynamic Pilates studio team. We welcome applicants with strong customer service and hospitality experience who are eager to learn and grow in this exciting industry.

**Responsibilities**:
1.1 Reception Duties
- Learn reception duties and gain a solid understanding of the client-facing aspects of our business

1.2 Studio Duties
- Work closely with the management team on day-to-day tasks related to the studio's operations
- Manage instructor management, courses & education management, business development, and planning
- Assist the General Manager with studio operations

Position Details
- 5.5 days work week
- Flexible work timings

**Responsibilities**:
3.1 Studio Operations
- Support the General Manager in managing the daily operations of four Pilates studio locations, including budget, customer service, and working with contractors
- Manage and act as a knowledge base for Mindbody software
- Manage staff training procedures
- Oversee studio projects
- Manage a safe, compliant, and operational workplace
- Manage studio inventory and vendor relationships
- Manage studio systems, policies, and procedures
- Manage internal company communications and documents
- Manage sustainable work schedules
- Manage people operations processes
- Maintain a positive workplace culture

3.2 Other tasks:

- Develop, review, and improve administrative systems, policies, and procedures
- Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of communication within the company
- Oversee facilities services and maintenance
- Oversee special projects and track progress towards company goals
- Maintain good customer service standards
- Handle customer service-related issues, complaints, and emergencies
- Handle internal disputes between instructors/staff
- Ensure staff and clients are following safety procedures
- Provide frequent updates to the Organization managers

**Requirements**:

- Local or non-locals who are lawfully authorized to live permanently
- Entrepreneurial, proactive, self-starter.
- Able to perform tasks without being given step-by-step instructions
- Able to come up with solutions to problems
- Able to think on their feet, critical thinker
- Good at time management, able to work on multiple projects concurrently
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to details
- Good initiative and drive with the ability to work independently
- A Team Player
- Punctual

Salary

$2,500+ depending on the experience level + CPF (additional)
