**About the Role**:

- Design and implement on-premises and cloud-based infrastructure solutions using platforms like Azure, AWS, and VMware.
- Develop and maintain system standards for infrastructure technology stacks, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
- Collaborate with IT teams to analyze recurring issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement lasting solutions.
- Drive service improvements by adopting a proactive approach to system design and support processes.
- Manage escalations effectively and ensure timely resolution of issues while adhering to organizational service levels.
- Play a key role in delivering secure and efficient systems that meet the organization’s transformation goals.

**What You Bring**:
We’re looking for a professional with:

- A degree in a relevant field, with 5 + years of experience in cloud technologies (Azure and AWS), VMware, Microsoft, and Linux.
- Proven experience designing, building, and supporting global infrastructure systems in 24x7 environments.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Active Directory, Windows OS, and tools like SCCM, SCOM, or equivalent monitoring systems.
- Knowledge of storage virtualization, storage network technologies, and cloud foundations.
- Relevant industry certifications in cloud (Azure, AWS) and infrastructure technologies (e.g., VMware, Microsoft).
- Analytical problem-solving skills, with a proactive mindset to resolve complex technical challenges.
- Excellent communication skills to work with diverse stakeholders, including technical teams, end users, and partners.
- A team-oriented approach, with the ability to collaborate effectively and influence others toward common goals.
