Responsible for the day-to-day facilities operations support including Data Centre operations to meet business needs. Adopt new technologies to improve fa facilities system and facilities capability.
- Supporting DCIM (Data Centre Infrastructure Management) system, to be able to maintain the collection of the data from various location for central monitoring at IoC.
- Support of CCTV system from all locations with linkage to central view at IoC
- Managing Smart Facility System.
- Access Control, i.e. card access, Facial recognition.
- Manage Electronic Key Management System
- Updating the Smart Facility Access list
- Monitor the power usage within the Racks at Data Centres are within the approved limits
- Managing facility access submission and maintain list of staff and contractors for security clearance to substations
- Conduct periodic review on the access list to ensure its up to date
- Manage and plan for space allocation to maximize the usage of floor space in all the facilities
- Ensure timely submission of billings through Work Order System and SAP to ensure no late charges is incurred.
- Submission of technical proposals to SPPG for the use of substation space.
- To maintain a strong working relationship with Data Centre account managers

**Role Requirements:
- Degree in IT or related field with minimum 5 years of experience in network facilities management or Data Centre facility management
- Possess understanding of Facility management.
- Skilled in physical security management and systems
- Strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, excellent analytical ability
- Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing in a clear and concise manner.
