**Responsibilities**
- Manage the maintenance of the SPLRT Power Supply and Distribution System equipment so as to ensure that the safety, reliability and availability of such services meet the standards agreed with the Operation Department.
- Lead the department maintenance teams for SPLRT HV, LV and 750VDC traction system to ensure safety and reliability services, meeting regulatory requirements for the SPLRT system to operate
- Lead and manage in-house maintenance teams to handle power and electrical operation and maintenance issues
- Perform Predictive Maintenance program and result analysis
- Liaise with LTA on all matters pertaining to the power supply and distribution equipment.
- Ensure proper taking over of power supply and distribution from LTA.
- Ensure receipt of all final manuals and drawings relative to maintenance, training and operation.
- Meet operation department targets for availability and reliability of power supply and distribution equipment.
- Ensure all equipment is maintained and renewed as necessary so as to retain its value at the end of the franchise period.
- Assist in procuring all necessary tools and spares pertaining to the operation of the system.
- Plan and implement a cost effective and comprehensive maintenance program.
- Prepare and review maintenance contracts. Certifying outsources maintenance contractor’s invoices, purchase order and variation order.
- Ensure work instruction and all records are completed in accordance with approved documented procedures.
- Check and verify permit to works for main line and depot maintenance access activities.
- Lead in failure review and corrective action system.
- Responsible for the management of staff including participation in the selection, discipline and performance review processes.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by superiors

**Requirements**:

- Possess a Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Degree holder with at least 3 years working experience or Diploma with 10 years working experience in high voltage operation & maintenance.
- Experience in testing and commissioning of electrical services
- Good planning and organization skill
- Good communications skill
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Able to identify colours
