Singapore | Full-time |That Marketing Agency is on the lookout for a **Junior Videographer & Editor**to join our growing creative team. If you love capturing moments, crafting stories, and bringing brands to life across social media and YouTube, we’d love to hear from you.

You’ll work on exciting content across lifestyle, retail, travel and more, editing TikToks one day and filming a brand story the next.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Shoot and edit both **short-form content**(Photos, IG Reels, TikToks) and **long-form videos**(YouTube vlogs, interviews)
- Edit with **Premiere Pro**as your core tool
- Use **CapCut**for mobile-optimised edits
- Manage colour grading, audio sync, and pacing for smooth storytelling
- Repurpose content into platform-specific cuts
- Work closely with our creative team on ideation and execution
- Organise footage, maintain project files, and deliver across formatsEdit Chinese content

**You’re Someone Who**:

- Has 0-2 years of experience (internship/freelance/school projects count)
- Is proficient in **Premiere Pro**and familiar with **CapCut**and **After Effects**:

- Knows their way around a camera (basic framing, lighting, audio)
- Has an eye for storytelling, flow, and visual pacing
- Is detail-oriented, organised, and deadline-driven
- Can take feedback and run with it
- Has a portfolio or showreel — it doesn’t need to be polished, just show us your eye
