**1. **Office Administrative Tasks**:

- Retrieve and compile data from various sources to generate reports as required.
**3. **General Office Management**:
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the office environment, including common areas and workstations.
- Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance, repairs, and other services as necessary.
- Support the coordination of office events and meetings, including logistics, refreshments, and materials preparation.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they have the necessary equipment and access to systems.
**4. **Administrative Support**:
- Assist team members and managers with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
- Provide support in organizing and preparing documents, presentations, and reports.
- Collaborate with other departments to facilitate smooth communication and workflow.
- Uphold strict confidentiality in handling sensitive information and maintain data security protocols.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficient in using office software and tools, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
