**What You Will Do**:
1. Provide governance and oversight of cyber security and privacy compliance for HoYoverse.

2. Track compliance across multiple security frameworks including ISO/IEC27xxx, NIST, GDPR, and CCPA and maintain up-to-date records of requirements and corresponding mitigating controls.

3. Develop internal compliance policies, procedures, and controls related to HoYoverse's data security objectives.

4. Guide the development of internal systems and tools to ensure compliance.

5. Analyse management and technical controls to ensure that specific security and compliance requirements are met through the verification of documented processes, procedures, and standards to validate maintenance of secure configurations.

6. Monitor third-party risk assessments and assist in performing internal risk assessments.

7. Collaborate on critical IT projects with cross-functional teams to ensure that security policy/risk issues are addressed throughout the project life cycle.

8. Work out the realistic solution to have security risk issues and requirements fixed or fulfilled.

**What you will need**:
1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering or other relevant degrees.

2. At least 5 years of relevant cyber security and privacy work experience with a broad range of exposure to risk governance and compliance.

3. Ability to work well with key business partners across sectors and internal IT teams in a collaborative manner.

4. Strong communication skills to be able to interact with technical and non-technical colleagues.

5. Hands-on experience in privacy and data protection laws and regulations (GDPR, PDPA, CCPA).

6. Hands-on experience in IT controls frameworks (NIST, ISO 270xx, SOC2).

7. Ability to work with mínimal supervision on projects.
