Building Construction Supervisor and General Foreman

**Site Supervisory and Management**
- Supervision, coordination and inspection of workers & subcontractors on daily site activities to ensure targeted completion dates are met;
- Preparation and submission of shop drawings, working drawings &as-built drawings to relevant authorities;
- Supervise sub-contractor's works according to construction drawings, specifications, and shop drawing;
- Handle and resolve technical & worksite issues;
- Allocate work to workers and manage equipment schedules;
- To resolve construction discrepancies;
- Perform the enforcement of site safety rules to minimize work-related accidents and injuries.
- Prepare and arrange construction schedules to ensure alignment with the stipulated duration for the project completion;
- Handle project documentation, material requisition, and cost control;
- Evaluate the performance of construction workers and institute disciplinary measures, where required;
- Liaise with the project team, sub-contractors, consultants as well as clients;
- Participate in site meetings to ensure the smooth project progress

**Miscellaneous**
- Maintain and upkeep the accurate monthly attendance record for construction workers;
- Conduct periodic worker appraisals to management;
- Handle any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by project personnel;
- 6 days work week

**Requirements**:

- Proficient with MS( Excel, Word, Project) as well as AutoCad;
- Adaptive solid ability to work in the hot construction environment instead of air-conditioning of office environment;
- Ability to grasp the knowledge of drawings, specifications, and requirements to ensure all works are completed by workers;
- Knowledge of applicable site and safety requirements;
- Compulsory to have in-depth technical knowledge of construction tools, equipment, and materials, where required to guide the construction worker or foreman;
- Hand on practical guidance to workers and foreman;
- Familiar with various types of construction materials and specifications;
- Ability to resolve unexpected matters that may happen onsite whichsoever beyond working hours, weekends, or public holiday
- Competent in handling projects within timeframe given due to stringent project deadlines;
- Able to work under pressure and fast dynamic construction environment;
- Willing to travel islandwide for multiple projects as per assigned and working location will vary after project completion；
- Able to attend emergencies call anytime beyond public holidays, weekend,s and after working hours
