We’re looking for a driven individual who will champion our Scholarships, Internships and Employer Branding & Engagement, outreach initiatives and work together with the stakeholders to build and develop our unique employer branding. If you have a strong passion for engaging people, managing events and working on building a culture, we’d like to hear from you.

**Scholarships, Internships and Employer Branding & Engagement**
- Administer the scholarship including liaison with different stakeholders and scholars.
- Develop scholarships’ outreach and publicity strategies and efforts by conducting outreach campaigns with external stakeholders, including working with the relevant corporate partners and IHLs.
- Develop employer branding, outreach campaign planning, and talent forecasting/planning and budget management.
- Contribute ideas and participate in projects to improve and streamline scholarships acquisition processes.
- Be sufficiently familiar with the roles and responsibilities required for data scientists in each team of Carro.
Talent Acquisition
- Manage full recruitment life cycle from initial requirements gathering, sourcing, attraction, assessment to interview and offer management to onboarding.

**Requirements**:
**What you will need**:

- Bachelor or Diploma in Human Resource, Business Or related field
- At least 2 years of full time experience in drafting, managing and executing scholarship programs initiatives for corporate or startup organizations and familiarity of Singapore and regional countries tertiary education landscape
- Ability to work independently while contributing to an overall team effort;
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-cultural work environment;
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English;
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills;
- Ability to manage multiple priorities quickly and effectively;
