**Factory / Manufacturing: ( Both Dairy and Biscuit meal )
Singapore - T99 Factory

Malaysia - AJ 2 semi-D factories (feed manufacturing) and 2 semi-D (food manufacturing)
- In charge of all factories operations, including the set up of 2 new semi-D factories for food manufacturing, and remaining 3 factories on feed manufacturing.
- Problem solving and risk control for all the factory matters
- In charge of managing Halal Certificates, ISO and GMP standards.
- Work with external vendors to setup clean room for manufacturing, purchase new machines and machine maintenance.
- Ensure proper inventory management and control.
- In-charge of all QA and QC, stock inventory and systems.
- Manage a team of about 50 to 80 people, including supervisors, executives and workers.
- Overview the plan and usage of trucks.

Operations and logistics management:

- Monitor the cost control for outbound operation service (export forwarding cost, shipment shipping, outbound operation cost)
- Liaise with all vendors, including forwarders, 3rd party logistics company and trucking companies.

Job Requirements
- More than 15 years working experience, with more than 10 years in factory setting.
- Experience in food and/or feed manufacturing is strongly preferred.
- University degree or Diploma holder, preferable in engineering.
- Good communication skills
- High adaptability skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.
- Liaise with a few departments such as supplies and sales to ensure smooth production.
- Experience in all SOP required for Halal, ISO, GMP standards.
