We are inviting passionate leader to be part of our management team as **Bakery Supervisor or Management Trainee. **Someone who loves the quality of fresh baked products and managing others, i.e Rostering, developing other team members, and supervising the day-to-day flow of the bakery.

This is a leadership position that upholds a positive company image and leading the brand identity by providing courteous, friendly, and efficient service to customers and Team Members at all times.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Learn and Manage the Rotiboy outlet at the highest standards according to SOP.

2. Sales, Reporting, and Cash Responsibility

3. Weekly duty roster and job allocation,

4. New Team Members briefing, and onboarding training.

5. Inventory & Product Quality Control. Stock Ordering and Receiving.

6 Providing excellent customer service experience.

7. Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of premise, equipment and other kitchen utensils.

9. Encourages a positive environment of outstanding teamwork

10. Ensure adherence to all health and safety regulations including Food Safety and regulatory duties required in the outlet.

**Skills / Expertise**
- Fresh Graduate in Baking/Food Management/Hospitality are welcomed.
- 1+ years baking/F&B experience is preferred.
- Bread making Skills NOT necessary but an advantage.
- Experience of managing cash, budgets, stock and cost control.
- Excellent skills in numeracy and literacy
- Experience of leading and motivating a team, including recruitment, training.
- Knowledge in food preparation & menu composition
- Knowledge in Health & Safety, food hygiene, licensing laws
- Physically strong — Ability to stand for extended time, and lift heavy items when necessary
- Able to commit flexible working shifts - Monday to Weekends
