・IT（システム導入、製品開発）に関する５～７年の業務経験をお持ちの方

・プロジェクトマネジメントスキルをお持ちの方

・タスク管理ツール（Trello）などのツールスキルをお持ちの方歓迎

・ISO、SOC認証のご経験をお持ちの方歓迎

・グラフィックデザイン（Photoshop、Illustrator、Zepellinなど）のスキルをお持ちの方歓迎

・ビジネスレベルの英語力（社内外でのコミュニケーションに必要なため）

**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with Japanese institutional strategic investor to understand their system requirements and get them implemented with company's technology teams.
- Manage project delivery from design, developments and QA teams based out of India
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Effectively communicate and co-ordinate projects between Japan office and Singapore teams.
- Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path, ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
- Work closely with product managers to align Japan product roadmap with other markets.

**Requirements**:

- Agile Development Methods
- Familiarity with project management techniques and tools such as Trello.
- Excellent with the use of Microsoft tools such as Excel, Powerpoint and Project.
- Creative streak with good graphic design capabilities including the use of tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and Zepellin.
- Experience with ISO and SOC certifications will be added advantage.
- Business level Japanese skill to liaise with Japan HQ
- 5-7 years of relevant work experience in building and managing product development, and agile development demonstrating the qualities
- Prior experience working in a tech start-up is preferred
- Preferably in the fields of Computer Science, Information Systems or Engineering
- Willing to travel to Japan and India.
