Hospital Specialty Account Executive

Our Sales team support our customers by providing clinical information about products, educational information, clinical training programs and resources. We support healthcare providers and healthcare systems meet the goals of the patients in their communities.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**
- Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:_
- Ensure that the team achieves maximal sales and market share by meeting or exceeding standards in each customer segment
- Conduct routine field visits to understand customer needs and market dynamics to share during business meetings
- Build strong business partnership towards MSD product portfolio with key opinion leaders and develop new product advocates
- Prepare and review all customer information, selling approach and past interactions for pre-joint call discussion
- Ensure effective execution customer targeting with reference to marketing reach and frequency plan
- Ensure effective implementation of promotional messages with reference to cycle bulletin and customer needs
- Regularly analyse team performance qualitatively & quantitatively against KPIs, identify improvement areas to drive corrective actions and provide coaching to improve performance.

**WHAT YOU MUST HAVE**

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Commerce, Economics, Science or related discipline with at least five (5) years’ sales experience in GP/hospital selling environment preferably in the MNC pharmaceutical company and minimum one (1) year experience in sales management.
- Strong business acumen and knowledge of know-how in the business
- Experience and good track record of establishing strong working partnership with opinion leaders will be an added advantage
- Self-starter, high level of personal motivation and results-oriented
- A team player with high leadership qualities and ability to work effectively cross-functionally
- Strong interpersonal and excellent communication skills
- Excellent written and oral communication in English
