Job Description:
**Responsibilities**
- To Lead the I&C Engineering team
- Responsible to lead the I&C team
- Responsible for identifying, defining and fulfilling the automation, control and field instrumentation requirements for each sub-project.
- Responsible for providing cost and schedule estimates related to execution of the automation and control activities.
- Responsible for managing the I&C team and supporting the Systems Integration Engineers, to help ensure the sites control systems are fully integrated and meet the requirements defined.
- Responsible for integrating all subprojects
- Responsible for providing technical support during construction, pre-commissioning/commissioning and start-up.
- Responsible for validating all specified requirements have been fulfilled.
- Responsible for ensuring documentation related to modifications is updated.

**Requirements**:

- + 10 Years experiences working in automation and control engineering within process gas industries.
- Experienced in working in big projects (>1billion USD)
- Experienced in plant commissioning (>2 plants)
- Experienced in plant revamp
- Experience EPC projects
- Experience in conducting and leading meetings
- Experience in in designing, operating, maintaining & troubleshooting control and gas analyser systems
- Detailed knowledge in valves, field devices and monitoring systems.
- Detailed knowledge of relevant national and international codes and standards.
- Basic Knowledge of ASU / HYCO plants including the associated hazards
- systems.
- Experience in root cause failure analysis.
