Procurement Manager

Category and project procurement strategy: Participate in the development of procurement strategies for various categories and execute them accordingly.
- Supplier certification and selection: Organize supplier business negotiations, certification, and selection.
- Procurement business and cost baseline: Establish, maintain and improve procurement business and cost baseline to ensure the relative cost competitiveness of various categories.
- Supply resource layout and support: Implement supply resource protection measures, ensure supply-demand matching, coordinate supplier resources to support important product development and delivery, promote suppliers to solve major supply and quality problems, and improve material procurement availability and supply continuity.
- Supplier relationship management: Organize supplier performance evaluation and communication, sign relevant agreements, conduct various meetings and trainings, establish organizational relationships between both parties at various levels and functional modules, enhance our company's customer status, and ensure long-term relative competitive advantages.
- 3-5 years of work experience, fully understand the IT server industry and supplier industry trends, experience with research and development and pre-sales technical support is preferred.
