Handle Full set of account - AR, AP, GL
- Invoicing, update customer payment, submit invoice to customer portal on time.
- To attend promptly to customers' in-coming calls.
- To monitor customer payment.
- To key in supplier invoices and prepare payments.
- Quarterly GST submission.
- Accept other clerical duties as informed by Supervisor.

Working Hours : Mon to Fri (8.30am - 5pm) Sat (8.30am - 1pm)

Pay: $1,800.00 - $2,200.00 per month
