FOH Bartender & Service Crew

**Responsibilities**:

- Serving guests.
- Maintain cleanliness of restaurant & bar areas
- Serve dishes to customers
- Clear and set table
- Refill drinks for customers
- Provide courteous and professional service

**Requirements**:

- A team player working hand in hand with our Genius Ninjas
- Willingness to work shift hours & weekends
- No experience is welcome, training will be provided
- Having basic F&B knowledge is a plus, with a bubbly personality, friendly disposition, good personality and one who is sales driven preferred.

Bar
- Prepare and serve all drinks consistent with the Company’s standard drink recipes
- Learn to operate the coffee grinding and brewing equipment, accessories, and supplies
- Perform other outlet tasks as required by the Operations Manager
- To have a good knowledge and understanding of all drink menu
- To prepare the bar for service following the established checklists for your role and as directed by the Operations Manager
- To communicate with the Head Bar regarding any problems or issues with equipment, stock, customers etc.
- To attend training sessions and team Briefings/Meetings as required and to be involved and contribute to these
- To have a good working relationship with your colleagues, maintaining high levels of communication, team work and respect at all time
- To have good knowledge of drink ingredients and be able to explain them
- Help/do monthly inventory when requested
- Perform opening and closing inventory
- Greet guests and welcome them
- To have strong knowledge of all related products
