**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Source for new suppliers & vendors and set up short and long term sourcing strategies to support Company’s business development.
- Maintain good working relationship with vendors and strengthen supplier network.
- Process & monitor purchase requisitions / purchase orders. Ensure purchasing details are correct.
- Ensure suppliers selections comply with Company’s criteria and check that the purchase complies with the purchase requisition.
- Track inventory stock levels, consumption trends and procurement status of materials and equipment.
- Comply with Government regulations and trade import and export controls.
- Follow up on the status of the outstanding purchase orders with suppliers & vendors for delivery and to expedite orders to meet project schedule.
- To maintain close communication and support the Managing Director.
- Resolve any purchase issues arises related to suppliers and vendors.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities assigned by Managing Director.

**Knowledge / Skills**
- Good project management and analytical skills.
- Able to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders. Good negotiation skills.
- Able to work independently with efficiency and good time management.
- Good written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Willing to travel overseas for work and sourcing.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

**Requirements**:

- A relevant diploma.
- Relevant work experience in a sourcing or purchasing role.
- Prior experience in wholesale, import, export and logistics industries is a plus.
- Commission will be given for successful projects. *_
