A leading multinational mining group is looking for a Postfixture Invoicing Analyst (1-year contract).

**Your new role**
- Maintain relevant day-to-day databases
- Support business process and automation improvements in delivering effective customer service solutions
- Support compliance with company’s policies in day-to-day matters
- Work closely with multiple stakeholders to deliver excellent customer service to counterparties
- Maintain relationships with stakeholders and counterparts
- Handling of freight, demurrage/despatch, bunkers, hire and port disbursement payments as per contractual agreements
- Ensure voyage accounts are accurate and balanced
- Managing and recovering outstanding funds from counterparts
- Reconciling all counterparties’ accounts, including but not limited to Owners, Suppliers, Charterers, etc.
- Execute tasks and procedures required for month end activities
- Assisting with audit and financial queries, when required
- Support system projects and process enhancement initiatives to enhance efficiency
- Support Data Analysis/Reporting activities

**What you'll need to succeed**
- A Bachelor Degree/Diploma or equivalent
- Previous experiences with laytime and postfixtures
