Engineering Program Manager - Software Engineering (Edge Team, Singapore)

As an Engineering Program Manager in our new Edge innovation group, you will
- Have the passion for developing and supporting the growth of next-generation software architectures and inspire innovation within the team
- Manage complex, cross-functional Program Increments, and Agile Deliveries
- Be comfortable discussing / explaining - technical decisions and trade-offs with Engineering and Management teams
- Work closely with cross-functional groups including internal stakeholders (Product Managers, Engineers, Architects, etc.), and external customers/vendors to formalize program and project requirements.
- Provide leadership and oversight of program performance and ensure compliance with management and information security policies
- Drive clear, concise, and actionable meetings that bring the right partners to the table and drive decision-making.

**Requirements**:

- MBA or Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science
- At least 6-8 years experience in software development related Program and/or Project Management
- Experience with Waterfall and Agile (SCRUM, XP, Lean & Kanban, etc.) methodologies
- Experience with Architecture and Project Management Tools like Jira and Confluence
- Excellent written communication, meeting management, presentation skills, and ability to comprehend and articulate complex technical issues.
- Able to work under time pressure and adaptable to flex work hours for international conference calls.
- Has worked on assignments where considerable judgment and initiative is required to resolve problems and to make choices, recommendations, or decisions.

Good to have:

- Preferably one or more of Agile certifications - SAFe Agilist, SAFe Scrum Master, SAFe Product Owner / Product Manager / Certified Scrum Master
- Project management professional (PMP) certification
- Knowledge of one or more public cloud providers/containers/virtualization technologies
